New-owner of a '19 Talon 1000R. It came with a spare tire mount on it. I can't find out who the manufacturer is.
Does anyone know this symbol? Can you tell me who they are?

If I were guessing by the weld condition with the combined paint quality they are most likely a garage made semi professional fabricator.

I wondered that. Rough edges on the plate cuts. Rough welds on the symbol. Thanks.
