P1000 2018 vs 2017 Changes

I noticed a few threads on this, though it wasn't completely clear. From what I gather nobody knows of any changes to the 2018 model vs 2017 (besides color)? My dealer is offering a $600 price difference if I buy a 2017 LE vs. a 2018 LE. Any reason I shouldn't do that?

Buy the 18. Factory installed clutch update.
The difference would have to be $1000+ for me to consider the 17 over the 18. Especially if both are in stock. Guess which one he wants to move asap.

Another thought, is take the 17 if they throw in a roof and hardcoat windshield.

The '17's have about twice the manufacturer-to-dealer cash than the 18's.

Inspect the 17 for the new clutch. It has a bump visible if it is updated. If it is, grab it and work some free accessories.

What did they let it go for out the door? Any accessories? I shopped around in Idaho and the best deal I found was in Afton Wyoming.
