2012 Big Red / Check Engine Light

Hey guys , I have a 2012 Big Red I added Seafoam and Stabil to the other day , after about 5 minutes of running i got a brief miss and the check engine light came on . It cranks and runs ok but not like before the fuel additives . "i put those additives in the fuel a couple times a year" , Does anyone have an idea what may be going on .

when its idling the engine light is on intermittently , and no certain pattern , when i accelerate the light stays on .
