No adjustment. I wish it could be slid back about 2" though.

Does the Throttle Max solve leg reach for shorter people? I get the aspect of even throttle control, but that is not what interests me.

I'm 6'3 with long legs and it doesn't seem it would offer any additional relief for long legs. Is this the case?

Definitely helps with short legs. I'm 5'9" and it about perfect without it but for my wife she needs it. My buddy is 6'6" and he has 1 also but mainly for the touchy throttle.
