no screen

Trying to help a buddy with a 2015 P500 that was flooded and left for dead for about a year. The starter engages good but the plugs not getting spark, neither is the ignition coil. I took a multimeter to the fuses and all have 12v except for “Ing” which I’m guessing is ignition. Read the other...
