cargo basket

Just installed $79 cargo carrier (now 1/2 off at Northern Tool), left off the 2 inch receiver hitch piece. Thought I would have to cut the receiver bar off, but it was a bolt on. Good fit for rack, 49x22 1/2. Should be easier to wash off the mud than my wooden box. NEW THREAD TO COMBINE...
