Well first you clench your cheeks realllllllly tight.... Then you very very carefully load it up, ensuring the truck isn't tilted downhill from the loading ramp. Here's a video of my first time loading it, I was being pretty timid, and ended up getting stuck because the angle of the ramps was too steep....
